Dalea is now an official community connector for Claude.

The foundation of Dalea is build on many philosophies, one essential part is: a research platform shouldn't have a human version and an AI version. It should be one workspace that both operate, with the same data, the same permissions, and the same audit trail.

Today we take an important step towards this reality. Claude can now work directly inside your Dalea workspace: query structured data, manage inventory, run code, and trace full provenance, all under the governance your lab already trusts. AI acts with permission, never around it, and every action stays logged and reproducible.

That last part matters more in our world than most. In biopharma, "the AI did something useful" isn't enough. You need to prove what it did, on which data, and why. Provenance and permissions aren't features we bolted on for AI, it is an essential part of the field we are working in. We need these capabilities in order to have trustworthy, reproducible and verifiable science AND they're the reason an AI agents work can even begin to be trusted at all.
